[Resolved] Samsung India — Regarding my LED TV which was purchased before 1.4 months | |||
I have purchased a led tv before 1.4 months and exactly after the warranty ended it started giving problems. The screen of my led is becoming black with spots each and eveey day. Samsung being a well known brand has such quality products and also the technicians are one of the worst. Model no sam led ua32j5300 have purchased it in december 2016 and now the technical department who charged 700 rs for service charge says that its due to the upper portion of the tv from where the dust entry's to the screen. According to him it's dust and 17000 i have to pay to change the picture screen. Why do company sell such products and why does the problem arises after the completion of warranty. I need my answers from the company, its my hard earned mone which i have spend. I request people to learn from my mistake and not buy products from such brands. Was this information helpful? | |||
