[Resolved] Samsung India — Regarding not cooperate by samsung customer care centre | |||||
Sir, Today as on 05 Jan 2017. I reported your customer center at Shakarpur office. Where I found of so many mischief. Like not to tell the right things. Not to co operate. Even your token number is not properly used and not attended. If ask then said you can wait for an hour. Whereas the many of the persons are coming after me and do their work without any proper entry and without the token. I have sumsung Yduos GT S6102. Problem is heating and not holding charge and battery discharge immediate. I can not understand how the system of your company has to do the work. Pl inform me. Then I reported to your manger. He would like to co operate. If such of your centers are work like that pl inform us not to report your office and not to purchase the Samsung Mobiles in future. Hope you do something for this.
