Samsung India — Regarding poor service and response of service engineers.

We had issue on fridge (not sufficient cooling ) and registered a complaint through tol free ([protected]) service engineer (kamraj)came from hitech service centre and changed only one part but charged for two (1550). we hav doubt that he did a proper service and the problem is also not solved . there is no proper response from him and others etc we cant use fridge now. need solution ASAP!

Even we have faced the same issue with the same person. The issue still persists. Not sure why Samsung still gives the contract to those ppl.
