[Resolved] Samsung India — Regarding product demo | |||
Hello, I have purchased Samsung MC28H5025VK/DP 28 litre Convention Microwave Tandoor online on 18th Jan, 2016. I have got one contact number for free demo - [protected] - Sandeep, I have called this person on Wednesday 8th Feb and as per our conversation I have provided him my complete address and product detail and also convenient time for demo which was Sat - 11 Feb before 12 PM. Today when i have called that person he is completely unaware that he was suppose to come today for demo also he is saying provide me address again and will be available only after 1-1.30 PM. I will be out after 12.00 PM and now next weekend also not available. I am highly irritated, now have to wait for long time to get demo. I am not at all happy with the service I am getting, not sure what will happen if i had any issue with Product and i call service guy.
