[Resolved]  Samsung India — Regarding refrigerator poor service

Hello sir/madam, myself arshdeep sidhu, membership no[protected], i have purchased refrigerator model no rt47k6358sl/tl, gross capacity 465ltr dated 9-11-16 at 1:51pm amt 54500/- from ur dealer in bathinda named as bhatia electronics address scf 1 the mall near railway station bathinda, there was problem occur in refrigerator on 14-april-2017 as it suddenly stop working during night nd when we opened the door it was smelly nd we call ur dealer nd he provide us ur customer care no nd we made complaint refno [protected]nd engg came nd resolved the issue nd nw at present same problem occurs again on 8-6-17 nd we call ur dealer nd he replied that he will send some engg to check it, next whole day he didnt pick phone nd on 10-6-17 he picked ph nd rudely replied call customer care its nt my duty, we called c. Carelodged complaint ref no[protected], they snd engg named jasi contact-[protected], after checking he said its bad model u purchasednd this model is full of problems, one part need to be replaced which is nt available nd u have to wait until we get it nd nw nobody is picking our ph, today as on 12-6-17 mr bhatia replied complaint any where u want my duty is to sell after that im nt responsible nd we r totally disturbed nd harrassed nd nw even c. Care executive is saying wait fr another 3-4 days, our whole stuff has been damaged in refrigerator nd we r in big trouble nd today we have decided nt to keep this refrigerator any more nd want our money refund so plss help us with it.

Samsung e shop Order no.[protected] dated 9th may for LED Display 40 inch, not yet shipped/delivered till date after multiple followups. they do not have any details as well against my order. very poor service and not expected from Samsung.
