[Resolved]  Samsung India — Regarding reimbursement

Sir/Madan, My self Dileep V.R Previous complaint reference No: [protected], yesterday I have received a call from your customer department at 5:16 pm, saying we have send to you mail and asking me to send scanned cancelled cheque leaf and ID Proof .regarding reimbursement for defect or the product (Refrigerator) and right now i had to check the my email box, there isn't any from your customer department, so please mail me the details

Hi Team,

Myself Manjunath and booked new Samsung refrigerator on Oct 5 th . It's not working at al, very bad experience with this. I have given repeated complaints over this but till now the Samsung team is didn't replaced or refund the amount.

Please take some action.
