[Resolved]  Samsung India — regarding repair of my samsung j7 prime device

Dear Sir/Maam,

With kind respect I want to inform you that I purchased my new Samsung galaxy j7 prime gold (16Gb) on October 2017, soon after 6 month from purchase date it starts getting auto on / off during charging of phone which might be a software problem. So, regarding this issue I submitted my phone to your authorized Samsung service center Agra ([protected]) under the bill no. [protected] dated on 26.04.2018.

Your service center authorities told me that they will give me a call back after getting it repaired but unfortunately till now after a month past i didn't received any information from them. When on 28.05.2018 I visited to get status of my phone they give me excuse that it's not possible to repair due to water inside your phone. I totally get shock how it's possible before it was working good even at the time of giving it at your service center also.

Really I m not going to accept there excuses, regarding this On yesterday I made a complaint ([protected]) to your Tele care no. And informed Deepika all the situations which I faced during this day and she told that I will get a call back from you but I didn't received any information from them.
This worst after sales service experience will change my thinking about your Samsung brand which is value for money to cheating with customers.
I kindly request you to take some needful actions against it and revert me back Asap.
I need my phone back in good working condition or a new in replacement of it otherwise I have to take some needful actions against it.
Please find the copy of service center receipt Bill in the attached file document for your kind perusal.

In respect of it I also made complain on support.[protected]@samsung.com with complaint Reference number is: [protected] and I m just receiving like pretyped mails from them for last 15 days and saying we are processing your complaint to our management but from them I received call only once on 14 June 2018 and explained all the situations and that guy told me that he will raise my complain to top management.
I didn't understand why he called me to wasted up my time if he is not the right guy on this matter and now I didn't get any call as per promises.
I don't know why they want to check the patience limits of their customers after frauding them.
I need my phone in working conditions at the cost of samsung as I also submitted the same with just small issue for almost a month of software updation and they didn't even inform me during period. My samsung j7 prime device is with them for almost 45 days.

Dear Sir,

I got tired of hearing this contact you shortly word from your team members. They already passed by says it almost 15 days in return I didn't get any result from your support end.
Even your team leaders are making false promises to there customers by saying we will talk you in the evening after discussing your concern with our senior management and service team but unfortunately they didn't revert me back ever.
Did they forget their words what they said ?
What is going in progress at least they have to inform back to their customers as per their promises.
Please revert back to me ASAP with update in this matter because it's already 45 days passed without any proper results.
