[Resolved] Samsung India — Regarding replacement of faulty refrigerator within warranty period. | |||||
To, Production Head Samsung India Ltd. Resp. Sir, I had purchased a brand new refrigerator 2 months back but since then 3 of the electronic parts have gone unserviceable & when contacted your service engineer he says it is due to electricity fluctuations in your residential area which is certainly not a case. Your engineer insist on part replacement but I would like a complete replacement of refrigerator being it a new & within warranty period. As a consumer I have every right for monitory satisfaction also I know as a brand name it would reflect a bad name on your company if I approach consumer court for replacement with new piece.
