Complaint Details : Company:-Samsung Model-j26 Date Of Purchase-18/11/2016 IMEI No:- [protected], Warranty- Yes Name and Address of the service center - service center / shop 1, 2, & 3 plot no 4 RS.RE copper khairne navi mumbai maharashtra 400709 Job sheet/Work order no.-[protected] Amount :-9800/- Problem Details-as per the consumer, got display problem. he submitted in SC of the company on 30/11/2016. he got call from SC that submit his mobile bill and box for refund, . he did not get refund. he called to the cc of the company. they replied him, his chaque has made and asked him to share cancel chaque on 30/12/2016. he shared that. he wants refund.
