Purchase samsung led ua32fh4003rmxl on 15.08.2016. After installation there is sound problem. We made complain on 17.08.2016 at samsung dealer but no technical person attend the complain. We made complain on toll free number on 20.08.2016 as no.[protected] as well as dealer m/s agaon electricals, jaipur. After frequent and daily complain from 20.08.2016 no technical person attend the complaint. We made frequent call after 20.08.2016 but not attended

Again and again called on toll free number [protected] and on telephone no.[protected], the complaint not resolve. There is manufacturing defect on LED TV as sound not clear model no. UAa32fh4003rmxl purchase on 15.08.2016. A service order [protected] given to but no action has been taken by Samsung. Kindly arrange to replace the LED TV immediately.
