[Resolved] Samsung India — repair issue | |||
Dear sir i have purchased samsung j2 pro on 4th oct. 2017. At that time i have not checked everything & on 22 oct when i inserted the earphone it was not working. For same i visited to dealer & he guided me to visit service center. I went to service center & as per them there is issue in device jack. As per service center i have to bear repairing cost. For same i register complaint under complaint no. [protected]. I was suppose to get call from your person yesterday but still no response.
