I purchased mobile phone no g530h gold in the month of april 2015.Suddenly it was out of order a few days ago i contact the service center and i was informed that there is some hardware problem and mother board is to be replaced wherein they placed the order no gh82-10206a on 12th instant and as such i was informed that we will get the part next day. Now after a lapse of three days i have been informed that they have not received the component part till now which is, very unfortunate you being the leading mobile company and there days as you know life is difficult to be with out mobile phone i being senior citizen feel harassed the way you are rendering the services to the customers i hope you will do the needful immediately and get my my problem redressed at an earliest regards doora raina Was this information helpful? | |||
