[Resolved]  Samsung India — repair of samsung galaxy j2 core

I have purchased a samsung galaxy j2 core on 19/09/2018. On 21/12/2018, it appeared that although the ring tone sound is there but not displayed in the phone. I went to samsung service centre at barasat, north 24 parganas, w. B. After examination of the mobile the technician told me that due to water entered in the phone, the mobile is not operating and it is due to our negligent, therefore you have to pay the repair charge. He told me that the cost of repair will be more than rs.8000/- although the cost of mobile is rs.6000/- although it is within the warranty period. I tried to convince him that there is no negligent on our part, but he turned a deaf ear in this matter. Every body goes to service centre for repair work of the mobile. If it is within the warranty period, customers are advised that the defect in the mobile is due to your negligent and it is chargeable.in view of the above, the question of justification of warranty in the mobile must be raised. The word warranty may be withdrawn for selling mobile phone. I shall be grateful, if you kindly look into the matter.

I have purchased a Samsung 55 inch TV from sathya thanjavur on 27/10/18.during delivery I was not given with speaker set which was assured as gift during delivery. I call thanjavur branch several hundred times but no response and very poor communication and they treat us lathergically.Till now I have not received the product.
