[Resolved] Samsung India — repeat issue | |||
Hello, I am writing this e-mail in regards with the same problem i reported in august 2017, after being without the fridge for 1 week and all the assurance by company that it will not happen again we are on the same page again it's just lasted 8 month's. I reported the same issue before as well that it's a defective model. I trusted you company again and accepted the repairs now please be a reputable company and replace this refrigerator.
