[Resolved] Samsung India — replaced the screen but again attached the broken screen | |||
I have bought a samsung galaxy j7 pro from dubrajpur. Accidentally i dropped it and the display had broken. I have got the never mind offer with it. So i ave gone to the samsung care in bidesipara, in suri. They kept the phone for 7 days... Applied the new display panel... Then after 7 days they gave us the mobile and said that it was not attached properly. So they again replaced and had put the broken display panel and said that it can only be replaced if it's sent to kolkata... Why shall i send it to kolkata although everypart is available in suri?
