I visited the customer service at Malda west bengal, I went to deposit money for the reperaing phone I waited almost 45 minutes then I asked a lady more how many hours I have to wait then suddenly the guy Amit Prasad started telling me you have to wait till yours turn comes but I see people coming after me and their problem is soloved but Amit Prasad started shouting using abuse language in front of all staff and customers. Request you to take action against this guy teach him how to handle customer and not to use any rough language.
