[Resolved] Samsung India — rude behavior from a manager | |||
I had a demo visit appoint for november and it was not done so i called up the customer care and spoke to a lady name jaspinder and i told her i need to speak to her manager. When the manager (Sayed) came on the line he was rude improper behavior and give no care to his customer i have the whole recording of the manger and banged the phone on my face. This is the kind of behavior you get when you buy samsung product. Was this information helpful? | |||
