[Resolved] Samsung India — s6 edge mobile model sm-g925f | |||
I have purchased S6 Edge during 2016 from UAE. Past few days back, the mobile didn't get charged, whereas the backside of the mobile got opened. It seems battery of the mobile got expanded/bulged. I have taken up with Samsung Centre immediately. They have just seen the mobile and told battery issue and the same is not available. Also it is not possible to make ready of the mobile. It is really bad that within two years the battery of such an expensive mobile became out of order. It is also to be mentioned here that the charging of the mobile is also perfect to my knowledge. I have not put my mobile in charge full night or over charged in any situation. I have been a customer of Samsung products especially mobiles for many years. But this made me to stop buying Samsung mobiles. Kindly treat this issue as serious and get me a solution. Kindly call me and update the status. Was this information helpful? | |||

No reference id given by the Centre, as they just seen and returned back. After that week approached authorised service centre of nearby location referred by Samsung customer care. There, I have been told that battery may be available but it will take some time to confirm the availability of battery. I have asked forreferance id/token number, but they have taken the details and not given, stating that the mobile should be submitted to the centre for giving the reference number. Kindly advise what is the solution.
