[Resolved] Samsung India — s7 edge back panel break by samsung service center engineer | |||
Please click some pictures of your device before handover your device to service engineer. Because some part of device may be break at the time of repairing, like back panel and screen, if anything break by them then they don't accept their fault. Rather they say your device was already broken. I vist to replace s7 edge display, my mobile back panel was not broken, when mobile was delivered to me from samsung care "shri kundan enterprises" pincode -301701, i found back panel of mobile was broken, then i ask from engineer about back panel they said your mobile back panel was already broken. Lier people low rating service center fraud people. I will never purchase samsung mobile Was this information helpful? | |||
