[Resolved] Samsung India — s7 edge mobile phone | |||
I was facing problem of slow charging in my phone since one month but some time it was getting resolved automatically, so that way i could not decide to visit customer care or not! Few days back my back keys and recent apps keys stopped working, and i immediately went to customer care and they refuse to repair and reason was liquid damage whereas my phone is water resistance and it cannot get damage due to humid and moisture conditions!! And if water resistance phone get damage by moisture and humid than whats the reason buying water resistance phone that too worth rs 50000/-. My phone is in warranty but still i have to spend rs 35000/- to repair!! People at customer care do not understand anything and they are just stick on one thing that i have to pay for repair! I want samsung care to repair my phone as it is warranty itself! Was this information helpful? | |||
