[Resolved] Samsung India — s7 edge one time screen replacement at int 999/- denied | |||
Sir, I have bought a samsung s7 edge on december 11th 2016. Yesterday the front screen has cracked and when i approached the service center today for replacing the front screen under inr 999/- one time screen replacement withing one year offer, the service center denied the request. My friends who have bought after me are able to avail to this offer but i am being denied the same. My experience of the phone is getting compromised by using a cracked screen and if i wish to replace it is very expensive. Request samsung to extend this offer considering that i am a loyal customer and have tried all their high end phones. Was this information helpful? | |||
