[Resolved] Samsung India — samsung 2 ton split inverter ac | |||
I have repair complaint against samsung. Complaint ref. No. [protected]. The technicians visit the site but cannot detect the problem whatsoever. On 22may the technician came and suggested certain parts to be changed & the problem will be resolved but without any guarantee. I have requested the company to replace the unit as they are not able to find the solution. Now for the parts they a Are demanding 50% advance payment which i refused. Samsung is no way willing to replace the unit. They are just buying time & in this peak summer i am not able to use the ac. Such an expensive unit is lying like a dead showpiece in my house. I humbly request akosha to resolve this problem at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |||
