[Resolved] Samsung India — samsung 256lts fridge got burnt | |
Dear sir, I have purchased samsung 256lts fridge on 22/5/2017 in goa, within the warranty period fridge got burnt on 10th october morning around 4:00 am, i have placed complaint through my dealer sai krupa electronics, corlim-molar goa. Samsung technician has attended the complaint and not given any report on burnt fridge, everything is verbal. Since i am a valuable customer of samsung request you to attend my complaint and provide me the written report. Due to poor response from samsung team, i may force to go for consumer court.
