Samsung India — samsung a50 earphone not working

Dear Madam/Sir
I jeetendra Gupta, Ranchi I have purchase one mobile samsungA50 from Mobile cafe ranchi on 16/4/19. After one month use mobile earfone not working properly.
Regarding this issue I visited so many times in samsung customer care kantatoli Branch, but they are always asked earfone not available at present time.
Can you advice us how many time I will wait for this.
