Complaint for samsung a8 serial no: rz8g808zprd ([protected]) I am constraint to make this complaint regarding the poor and callous service and response received from your service centre, ekm . I had purchased samsung a8 on 2nd of april covered by warranty for 1 year the specification is given hereunder . I confirm that there had not been any misuse or water logging as far as the set is concerned. I belong to a low income group and have purchased the set on installment scheme (Emi). Despite the warranty in force, your service center had been claiming enormous amount for setting right the damage evident . The memo and all other documents related are attached hereby. I request for your intervention in the matter and to properly advice your customer centre to replace the components without cost as per the warranty terms.
