Samsung India — Samsung A8 Mobile | |||
The mobile was purchased on 1st February, 2016 from Indraprasth Shopping Centre, Borivali. It is barely 28 days and due to some crack the display is not working. We went to the authorised Samsung Centre at Skycell, Kandivali and they are not responding and telling us that the same is not under warranty. As you may be very well aware that mobile has become very essential we spend our hard earned money to buy the best mobile to avoid facing difficulties. The authorised dealer does not give proper service and just try to avoid talking to us by simply saying that this is not covered under guarantee. Hence I am requesting for help from the consumer complaints cell. Please guide and take this forward. Was this information helpful? | |||
