[Resolved] Samsung India — samsung ac | |||
I have lodged complain regarding ac on dtd 15.6.18. Man from samsung came on very next day. He charged 410 rupees and doing nothing and told that condenser of ac must be replaced. Also he told that condenser was out of warranty period but i come to notice that it was in warranty period. So i submit all necessary documents to him and authorized service center of samsung. They told that condenser was ordered and as soon as we replaced but till today there was no any further progress regarding this matter. I have called no of times to local customer service center, samsung call center and shop from where i purchased ac but unfortunately i have not got satisfactory answer from all of this.
