Samsung 1.5 ton 3 star split AC was delivered to my residence on 6th April, 2017. As per the terms of the offer, the installation was free. I had first placed a request with your call centre on 6th April for installation. Despite repeated reminders and complaints, till date I have not been informed any details related to the installation. The call centre has already raised repeated reminders on my behalf and I have been informed that the respective service centre has closed the reminder by remarking that they have contacted me 9 times . This is not true as I have been contacted only twice (mob no 9***241213) and both the times the representative asked me whether the AC has been delivered. She disconnected the line without waiting for any reply and I was unable to return the call due to the continuous busy tone give (Star digital services pvt ltd). I am tired of being part of this circus between the call centre and service centre. I have just 2 questions to ask:
1) Why can't Samsung inform in advance to the customers about its inability to provide service ?
2) Is the installation delayed because its free?
I would request Samsung to confirm their inability so that at least I can get the AC installed from outside vendors.
The temperature in hyderabad has already crossed 40 and obviously is there any point in installation after the summer is over?? For your reference, my complaint no is [protected]. Was this information helpful? |
