[Resolved] Samsung India — samsung ac : not able to cool. this issue is happening repeatedly from 2 yrs | |||
Hi, This is regarding my ac which i got in 2012. From last 2 yrs, i m facing the same problem of cooling and repeatatbily i m complaining about the same. They are sending some technician who does even seems like literate, fixing the issue by filling gas and charging 2500 to rs 2800. But the same issue occurs every alternate month. I made my ac fix on feb 2018 and again facing same problem.. I m seriously fed up by calling customer care and following them. More over, i don't know are technicians really getting the solutions? Oct 12, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved same issue occured again.. they sod defective piece, from day 1 the problem exists... the only thing they r earning money from these complaints Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
