The issue that i have experienced was: mobile automatically restart when i am using phone. First when this thing done i visited customer care they said there is problem in a7 mobile series and they said to backup the mobile and give them for 20 minutes after some file added in mobile software but still i facing this problem, now they said just give us your mobile for 2 day for under observations, i said ok but give me some spare mobile i dont have they said you arrange... If i have extra mobile then why should i bought new one??? I m customer of samsung from last 10 to 15 year s. At this time nobody have spare time for routine to customer care... And if you have problem in phone after software update then why should you not return back this mobile and give us new... This mobile is also new... Then why should you not bought... Its is on your company reputation... And its defect in this series... Plz let me not what to do... I bought this mobile on 28.10.18 and updated on 4 to 5 days below from today...
