I ordered samsung ar18mv3hlwk inverter split ac (1.5 ton, 3 star rating) product online on 29th march 2017 and it got delivered on 1st march. I was happy that my little daughter who is 6 months old will not feel heat any more and will have a nice sleep. I called samsum customer care on the same day for installation request and today is 6th april 2017, no engineer has visited yet for installation, daily i am calling the customer care, every time these executives say "definitely today it will get it done", but nothing is happened till data. Not even a single message from customer care about the engineer details who are visiting for installation. There is no full proof after giving promise.
