I purchased samsung c9 pro mobile on 27th january 2017i. E the date on which it is first available to book in india and booked my phone under pre booking offer by company, (One time display replacement in just rs.990) unfortunately my mobile fall down and display broken.. I went to madhapur samsung service mobile care centre, (Hyderabad) they checked and answered me that this phone is not in this scheme, and it is not possible to change the display in this price.. I have to pay full price of display else i need to wait till samsung company gives its approval which may or may not approve it and i need to handover my mobile for atleast 15 days to know the answer from the company.. This is what samsung is doing in market selling products on wrong informations...
And giving such attractive offers on products... But when the coustomer actually want to avail such offers the company deny such offers...
