[Resolved] Samsung India — Samsung cell note 5 - service centre problem | |||
I have purchased the note 5 on 21.7.16. i have given for servicing on 27.03.2017 at samsung service centre for certain works at samsung ameerpet hyderabad with job card no. 2401 with a promise it will be returned withing 15 days. but till to date the service was not completed and delivered to me. it has been informed that only one technician available and he is sick and there is no correct information. day by day the service centre people are extending for delivery for one reason or other. plz take neccessary action.
