[Resolved] Samsung India — samsung customer care girls very rude and did not and the technician

My references no is 1176873. I called to get my fridge repair on 23 april. They said that they will send in 24 april at 10.30 am but entire day went off and the technician didn't turn up. When i called the girls on the phone were very rude and said you want the technician or not else get the repair done somewhere else. Am still waiting for the technician nobody turned up.
