Attached is d letter received from hcl services transport mgr. Narwal jammu d service engineer o[censored]r co has acknowledged & mentioned in d letter that d led tv has faulty pannel which is a manufacturing defect at ur end. The repair charges should be incurred by ur co. It is inbuilt manufacturing defect. U must see d callous approach of co. I had mentioned of horizontal lines in d complaint about pannel of led while as they have written as vertical lines of they r nonserious people i once again request u to take up d matter seriously & resolve d problem/issue without further delay otherwise i may be forced to opt for other options samsung cannot absolve itself from issue of defectve pannel of led Was this information helpful? | |||||
