I submitted the phone at samsung service centre at dehri on sone work order no [protected] dated 26/8/16. I have submitted all documents like (Original bill bank details adhar card head phone charger mobile box) Also note we have so many times contact with service centre and customer care regarding this matter, but till now we have no any response from your end this matter already 21days passed. Kindly look in to the matter your immediate action shall be highly appreciated.
