[Resolved] Samsung India — samsung digital inverter ac servicing complaints | |||
Sir, I bought a samsung digital inverter ac from your sodepur branch on 11.5.2018 and the name of the sales man was Mr. Subir Karmakar(mob-[protected]). My ac is defected and i have not used the ac till now. Yesterday technicians came and tried to repair but they failed. I told them that i will not keep this ac, they should replace it and i informed Mr. Subir Karmakar. He told me that he will talk to service and will replace it. Today i called him about 12.15 pm. He said he will talk to service again and his behavior was rude and then i said i will go to consumer forum then he laugh and said me that i can go anywhere and cut the phone. What is this? If my issue is not resolved today then I will surely go through the consumer forum and will take steps against you and I am attaching the copy of invoice.
