I brought 2pcs samsung ehs64avfbecinu headphones from barasat dated 30/8/2017 but one headphone stop working i went yo ultadanga service centre with bill with in warranty period but service centre people start making all type of excuses and not replacing the product which is still under its 6month warranty period i ask them to give me in writing what the problem but that also they are not doing and saying its company policy we cant replace or give in writing.
