[Resolved] Samsung India — samsung fully automatic washing machine front loading | |||
I purchased samsung washing machine on 06th november 2017, still the demonstration and installation is not done... I have complaint samsung customer care 2 to 3 times but the answers given by them are not relevent. Once an engineer has visited my home to installation but he didnt install and demonstrated washing machine and updated his status on samsung that he has demonstrated and installed washing machine. Such a worst experience with samsung... I never have expected from samsung like this. Contact number [protected], [protected] Each time i call customer care they tell to me that the engineer will visit soon but now its 9 days from purchasing...
