I purchased Samsung G7102 Grand2 in January 2015. IMEI No. [protected] for Rs. 17, 500/- from Kailash Communication, Apurva Complex, Opp. Sadguru Tirthdham, Raiya Road, Rajkot - 360005, Mob. No. [protected]. Invoice No. R/1389 dated 1.1.2015 Copy of Bill is attached

Off and on there used to be some problem and the phone used to hang up. But 5 days ago the phone suddenly burst while it was lying in my bag and I was on my way back home. Luckily it was not in my pocket otherwise I would have been badly hurt the way it burst.

This is not expected from a renowned company like Samsung. I expect a full refund of my amount.
