[Resolved] Samsung India — Samsung galaxy A5 (2007) not working

Respected sir,
I am narsinga rao adari, working in gitam university visakhapatnam, i was purchased one samsung galaxy a5 cost 29, 000/-,
But its after 45 days its not working. Then i was given to servicing center

Servicing center address

I given my cell on 22.5.2017, but till now there are not giving my cell phone. There are every time saying like not coming mother board from company. When i call to that servicing center not giving answer also.

So please take action on that servicing center and exchange new cell to me.
