[Resolved] Samsung India — Samsung galaxy a5 2016 mobile | |||
I have purchased Samsung A5 2016 mobile on 13.03.2017. With in one month I had issues with phone i was not able to hear voices while making calls. The main purpose of mobile was to make calls which was not possible. I took it to service centre and they told that there is some issue with motherboard and need to replace. It took around 1 week and later got it back. Initial 2 days the phone was working fine later again the same issues got back. Again took to service centre and they claimed they reuired to change all parts of the mobile. Ridiculous!!!.again git it back after 1 and half weeks. The same issue repeated again. And i took it the shop from where i purchased the mobile and asked for refund. The guy promised me the same and collected my mobile. Now samsung has rejected my refund stating that its due to nougat software update. The issue started befire software updation which i have stated initially itself. And what was that made the service centre guys to change the mother board and parts? I cant understand. Samsung is not ready for a refund and I have to face the loss? I need a response back.
