[Resolved] Samsung India — samsung galaxy a50 got bend on its own

Dear sir,
I brought my Samsung galaxy A50 in march but unfortunately my phone got bent on its own. I went the the service center and they just looked at the phone and said it got bend because I put my phone in my pocket. And the just told me to change the display and they told me I have to pay for it. The device has no scratches on it. Please help sir.

They called me after 3 days and told me to submit the phone at service center. I submitted the phone in afternoon and got the phone back the next day. thank you for the help.
