[Resolved] Samsung India — Samsung galaxy A7 2016 display broken by the customer care | |||||
Sir, i want to inform you that i went to the above mentioned samsung service centre on dated 15.05.2017 for a reson my phone not on. They checked the phone and said there is a little dot on my screen and its the physical damage. And they request me to replace the display.. Cost of rs 8000... Then i simply denied to replace and said give my phn back to me. Then i went to rcv my phone today at 10.20 am dated 17.05.2017. They are giving me a broken display... I said i wont receive it.. I want my phone as it was before... Then they are forcing me to replace display... Is this a service for a regular customer of samsung??? I request u to be kind enough and take electronic response.
