I bought Samsung Galaxy A7 for Rs 24000 and used it hardly for 3 months. Suddenly, one day, whole screen becomes blue, without any physical damage on phone. I went to service center and they totally denied to repair it in warranty, though I have shown them all the bills and references. They are asking for Rs7000 for repair and saying that its a liquid damage which can happen without any physical damage also.
I raised complaint (Reference Number: [protected]), spoke to Customer Care and escalated to higher levels but they simply ignored my request and this is not the first time, I am facing this problem.
Earlier also I bought Samsung TV for Rs 32000 and it stopped working after 13 months and costs me around Rs14000 just to repair the TV.
Now I don't understand what is the point of spending such a high amount and buying these products, when I have to keep on spending Rs 7000 or more just after 2-3 months. And what is the guarantee that after spending so much amount it will work later and I don't have to waste my money again.
I am really hassled and frustrated now with the quality and service provides by Samsung Company.
I am not sure what action actually taken in this forum, but this is my request for all to avoid Samsung products. Was this information helpful? |
