Dear sir, This is with reference to my samsung galaxy c9 (Model name sm c900fzkdins, serial no:-rz8j2189qjd ([protected]) which was brought on 26th february 2017. From the very first day we observed technical glitches in speaker crack sound but it was not replaced by the vendor after my several request to them. However days gone later technical glitches arises one by one and led screen started flicking on which it was hand was handed over to the local authorized service center: [protected] shree ji electronics based at gomti nagar lucknow on 10/01/2018 under bill no:-[protected]. (Cc complain no:-[protected]/[protected].) However they failed to repair as because of back order of new receiver for my set. Keeping in view of above mentioned facts as i've been complaining from the very first day about the manufacturing technical glitches in mobile phone.
