On 28 august 2018 / i have gone to samsung customer service centre in guwahati zoorod branch... I hv small problem in my phone... They have said me sir you have to wait for 3hours... Ok... I have came after 4hours then also they said that sir your phone can. T connect to our server if they can't solve my problems... Then why they wait for me 3 to 4 hours... After that i have gone to local service center... Within 10 mint the local service center... They solve my problems... So i am 100% dispointed with the samsung service center zoo rod branch...
