I am lodging complaint for the second time as i didn't get any remedy against my previous complaint.
I ordered this phone on 10th march 2017 from flipkat. Within 10-15 days after arriving this phone started giving trouble recognizing the fingerprint. One error was showing _quothome key may be dirty or damp. Clean and dry the home key, then try again_quot. That time i thought may be for this reason only it couldn't recognize my fingerprint. But after that it started happening frequently 3-4 times a day and even if i am cleaning the home key it couldn't recognize my fingerprint. I went to customer care 2 times.
On my 1st visit i submitted the phone and on that day only they returned the phone saying _quotthere is no such problem issue not found._quot

After 1 week i again visited to the same customer care. After 3 days they called and advised that the issue i am reporting was not found and suggested a vague resolution to remove the screen guard and use the phone as it is protecting the finger print sensor. I hope samsung doesn't manufacture phones which don't support screen guard. I used many company's phone but i never heard these kind of suggestion for their support team to remove screen guard rather thay eventually say for protection use screen guard
Still i followed that fellow's advice and removed the screen guard and i am in the same situation now.
Now i want to say i bought this phone for rs 36900 and i hope samsung team will believe that this not a small amount. And i have full right to expect the product which costs this much is its best from every aspect. But i am fully disappointed not only with this product but also the service which samsung team is providing. Only within one month a phone which costs rs 36900 started showing this kind of behavior which is fully unacceptable from a user's point of view.
List of problems :
1) first and foremost problem fingerprint sensor is worst.
2) sometimes when i make a call screen doesn't turn off which sometimes activate the loudspeaker.
3) keypad is sluggish sometimes
I want this product to immediate exchange with a new one. I wont tolerate after investing this amount for a product and in return this kind of performance to be very honest.

I hope this time necessary steps will be taken
