[Resolved] Samsung India — samsung galaxy j5 prime (black) and customer servicing. | |||
I usually bought samsung product and so far it is all very satisfying. Last month, i bought samsung glaxy j5 prime (Black) at aizawl and i don't know whats wrong with it, maybe because some water get inside it. It switch off itself and i cannot turn on. I went to samsung servicing center and they told me that it can be serviced only at october or maybe november. The servicing is very bad. There are lots of people facing the same problem too. Since it will take lots of time i cannot wait that long so instead of registering at the servicing center i take it home and i use my brother's phone. My request to samsung is to please give me a new "galaxy j5 prime (Black)" since i spent lots of money to buy the product and i cannot buy a new j5 prime again. And i cannot request for repair because the customer service is not satisfying at all and i cannot wait for another month. Please do whatever you can. It is all i have.
