[Resolved] Samsung India — samsung galaxy j7 | |||
Hello friends., I took samsung j7 mobile from universal within 5 monthns it's got charging problem then i went to telangana, hyderabad customer service but they are really stupids and i don't know how company gave them jobs as support but that people behaving like as owners and talking in very rude manner also they doing damages to our batter like accessories so again they are not resolving our issue and again they raising one more issues to customers what is this hell till i am not getting that point. I bought samsung mobile that's mistake i did and created punishment myself why these people don't have any heart and frankness chee chee god never leave them he will punish them very hardly...
